1. Payments & Refund Policy

• We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee or a 100% refund of the unit cost and delivery fees if you are not satisfied within the first 30 days after delivery.

• However, VAT is non-refundable, as the unit cannot be returned to the bonded warehouse.

• Payment for the unit is due after delivery and installation.

• Any additional charges such as site preparation, access modifications, or third-party services are not covered under the refund policy.

2. Warranty

• All units come with a minimum 12-month warranty covering:

  • Assembly & installation

  • Electrical installations & plumbing

  • Flooring & painted finishes (interior & exterior)

  • Rust protection & water leaks

  • Frame structure & all related construction components

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond our control.

• Any warranty claim must be reported in writing with supporting evidence (photos/videos). Repairs or replacements will be scheduled accordingly.

3. Delivery & Installation

• APCC reserves the right to change the delivery date for unforeseen reasons (e.g., weather conditions, transport issues) up to the morning of the scheduled delivery.

• If delivery is delayed without prior notice via phone call and text/email, the customer is entitled to free delivery on a rescheduled date.

• Delivery is made via HIAB truck with a crane, with placement up to 30ft from the access road.

• Units can also be delivered flat-packed and assembled on-site if required.

• Installation is usually completed on the same day as delivery but may extend to the next day in certain circumstances.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• The customer must ensure adequate site access and level ground for installation.

• If additional groundwork is required (e.g., concrete slabs, rail-road timber), this must be prepared in advance or arranged separately.

• Electrical and plumbing connections will be installed and certified to BS7671 Electrical Regulations and UK plumbing standards.

5. General Terms

• Ownership of the unit remains with APCC until full payment is received.

• APCC is not liable for any delays, damages, or additional costs caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, third-party service failures, access issues).

• APCC complies with all relevant UK laws and regulations related to the sale of portable buildings and physical products.

• By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

• Customer data is stored for 90 days after initial contact.

• If ongoing communication exists, data will be retained until it is no longer needed.

• If a purchase is made, customer data will be stored for the duration of the warranty period to provide after-sales support.
